Track Meetings Booked by Email Campaign

Steps to Implement:

1. Start by setting the domain for where your meetings are hosted. You must host your meetings from the same subdomain that you use for landing pages.

2. Set Email tracking settings to 'Add source tracking only if no existing tags in URL'

3. Create a landing page using the 'Meetings by Owner' custom module. This can be copied from the Consulting portal to your customer's portal.

4. Create an email using the 'Email Tracking Meeting Link' custom module. This can be copied from the Consulting portal to your customer's portal.

5. Below is the script to add into the footer or closing body section of your landing page:

6. Events will now be logged for all Meetings booked from marketing emails with the name "Meetings booked from [EMAIL NAME]."

When would you use this: This is used to track which marketing email campaigns contributed towards meetings being booked through a Meetings link using the Events tool. The meeting link that displays will be based on the default for the Contact's owner.

Requirements: Marketing Hub Enterprise is required. The emails being sent must directly link to a page with a meeting link on it. This will only track bookings on pages that are directly linked to from a marketing email.

Expectations: This is custom code that our Support team will not provide guidance on. This solution is also fairly rigid, know that there isn't much room for flexibility, and any changes made are up to the customer.
