Only Show Chatflows to Known Contacts

When would you use this: This is used when you would only like to show a live chat or bot module to visitors that are known contacts.

Requirements: The tracking code must be installed and a Chatflow must be already built.

Expectations: This is custom code that our Support team will not provide guidance on. This can be used on pages external from HubSpot, but conflicting scripts may interfere with its performance.

Below is the code to add to your page. You must place this code before the HubSpot tracking code or this will not work.

Once you have this enabled, you can then edit your Chatflow and target only URLs containing query parameters of "known=true" to show the flow to only known contacts or "known=false" to show the flow to only unknown contacts.
